How To Apply

For information on the agency serving your county call one of the Community Action Agencies (CAAs) in your service area. Note some counties listed under some CAAs may be served by other agencies* under contract with Georgia Department of Human Services’s (DHS as of July 1, 2009, formerly DHR) energy-assistance program.
